INDUSTRIAS ECTRICOL is present in the first Aeolic Park of Colombia, in Jepirachi. Located in the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Uribia, in the upper Guajira, between the Arutkajüi and Kasiwolin ranches, near Puerto Bolivar and Cabo de la Vela. Jepirachi is a clean and renewable energy research project aimed at developing a new alternative energy supply for the country. Empresas Públicas de Medellín EPM, has been the manager of this initiative together with the local and national authorities. In its objective of maintenance and optimal operation, EPM has contacted the solution that INDUSTRIAS ECTRICOL offers as far as SF6 encapsulated cells from ORMAZABAL are concerned, in order to update the miniblock substation of auto-generator 8.
