The Colombian Security Council operates the RUC® (Registro Único de Contratista or Unique Contractor Registry), which evaluates the legal requirements and standards organized within a management system regarding industrial safety, occupational health and the environment (SSOA).
The RUC evaluates contractors in the hydrocarbon sector and other contracting sectors, with the aim of boosting their contractor's performance in SSOA.
CIn order to comply with this objective, Industrias Ectricol was audited for the second time by the Colombian Security Council (CCS), in which it obtained 96% of the RUC rating, thereby reinforcing the commitment of its management system.
With the endorsement of CCS, Ectricol is able to increase its market share and offer a portfolio of services that meet the requirements of the work performed. As well as recognizing opportunities for continuous improvement that arise from the performance evaluation of the management system.
