We continue executing projects in the photovoltaic sector, we are committed to renewable energies, an industrial sector that is positioned day by day in the Colombian market and that worldwide is consolidated as one of the energies of the future. In 2019 we design and manufacture 3 specialized skid photovoltaic transformation centers for solar farms housing low and medium voltage equipment. These solutions were developed for the solar plants of Jamundí Valle del cauca, Ciat II Palmira and Tecnoquímicas Tecno Sur, with an installation capacity of 10 MW. During this process our qualified staff of technicians, designers and engineers launched this project which marked an important milestone in the manufacture of our integral solutions. The complete solution included the following electrical equipment (skid base + Measuring cells + Switching and maneuvering center + Protection cell + Line cell + Control box + transformers in oil of 3168 KvA 34500/480 V of 14 tons + boards in low voltage). By 2020, the photovoltaic sector is growing by leaps and bounds and Ectricol is not far behind, since in February of this year we completed a 100MW installation capacity in Colombia. This year it is expected to have a projection for this type of projects that will allow Ectricol to align with the national government initiatives, and by 2022 the alternative energy matrix must reach the threshold of 1500MW.
